At Petals & Ore, we want your jewellery to reach you quickly and safely.
Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days across India
- Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune): 2–4 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹749
- Flat ₹49 shipping on orders below ₹749
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed after 5 PM or on Sundays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order at Track My Order.
Delivery Partners
We ship via Shiprocket using trusted courier partners including BlueDart, Delhivery, Ekart, and DTDC depending on your location.
International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon.
